Meridian Diamond's mail-in evaluations allow individuals, not able to reach our offices in person, access to the best prices for selling their diamonds, fine jewelry and watches by means of fast, secure and fully insured shipments. Clients incur zero cost or obligation whether or not we come to terms on the purchase of their diamonds and jewelry items. Guaranteed.
Upon contacting Meridian Diamond, a member of our team will discuss whether shipping your items to us for evaluation via, free and fully insured FedEx shipments is the best option for you.
If shipping is the most convenient option for you, a computer generated label will be sent to you via email. This label can be printed and applied to FedEx boxes provided at all FedEx locations.

Simple and Convenient
Detailed packaging instructions to ensure safe and secure delivery of your jewelry items will also be included in the email, as well as our mail in information form which should be filled out and also included in your shipment.
Your jewelry is shipped overnight and will arrive in our offices the next morning. A member of our team will call you upon arrival of you package to our offices, to discuss the items that arrived and to ensure that everything that was shipped has arrived exactly as it was when you sent it out the day before, as the package is opened under HD video surveillance.
Secure and Insured
Your jewelry items are then transferred to our GIA Graduate Gemologist evaluators for independent evaluation by at least 2 individuals. Each individual assesses jewelry items for their maximum value, and the 2 evaluations are compared side by side.
If there are any discrepancies between evaluators, they will then discuss to come to a conclusion on the best assessment of what your jewelry items values are.
Same Day Evaluation
A Meridian Director will then call you with an assessment of your jewelry items and an offer for immediate payment. Payment can be made via wire or by check sent overnight.
If we should not come to terms your jewelry items will be shipped back to you immediately for delivery on the next business day, with absolutely no cost or obligation to you.
