When I ship something to Meridian, is it insured?

 

Yes, all packages shipped to Meridian Diamond through our cost FREE labeling system are insured for up to $7,500. (If more insurance is required please contact a member of our staff to further assist you). Through our system a computer generated label will be sent to you via email, for the items that you are interested in us presenting you an offer for immediate payment on.

 

 

 

How much are my items worth?

 

Jewelry is truly an item that has to be seen in person to make an objective judgement of the value of the item. Once your items have been submitted to our offices and viewed by our team of experts, we will make you an offer for immediate payment of the value of your items.

 

 

 

 

What if I have documents that go with my items?

Any documentation that you may have in accompaniment with your diamonds or jewelry items could be very useful in adding excess value, especially for signed or branded pieces, such as Cartier, Tiffany & Co., Van Cleef and Arpels etc. Let us know about any paper work and we can assist you in providing us with copies in order to judge your jewelry items for what they truly are.

Upon our initial phone conversation, we will discuss your options for submitting your diamonds or jewelry items to us for an evaluation and offer, whether it be through insured overnight shipping or by joining us in our offices for an evaluation and offer for immediate payment.
